SUPPORT US

TVMS is dedicated, whatever the political or economic situation, to increasing and improving musical opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.  We are seeking new partnerships, funding streams and modes of practice to enable us to achieve this.

The continued national and worldwide success of our Premier Ensembles is crucial to providing inspiration and progression routes for younger musicians.  Along with other such ensembles nationally, TVMS concert performances and festivals fly the flag for our musical heritage and provide an arterial link to the many professional ensembles and orchestras working today.

 

Throughout the year there are a number of sponsorship opportunities at Tees Valley Music Service. We have different sponsorship packages available as well as advertising opportunities.

Sponsorship opportunities range from providing financial sponsorship for one of our regional events, to providing merchandise that is suitable for our brand and audience. You can sponsor places in our ensembles - like our renowned Tees Valley Youth Orchestra, Tees Valley Youth Choir and others - or you can sponsor our music library (the biggest of its kind in the North East of England).


Previous opportunities for sponsorship include:
 

  • Performances at Carnegie Hall, New York

  • European Tours

  • Gala Concerts at The Glasshouse (formerly Sage, Gateshead)

  • 1 Year of lessons for a child in vulnerable 

    circumstances
  • Appearances as part of Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod


There are opportunities throughout the year to advertise your business in one of the programmes for our national and regional events. We currently offer full page, half page and quarter page ad spaces in our programmes. We run a variety of events throughout the year at professional and community venues across the region.

To further develop this provision we need to secure our progression route as follows;

​

  • Maintain and improve high quality and affordable access to tuition for young beginner musicians

  • Provide and maintain high quality instruments for pupils/students (many of which would never be affordable to buy)

  • Continue to provide affordable access to internationally accredited exam qualifications

  • Ensure the viability of our beginner and intermediate ensembles

  • Ensure the quality and breadth of performance opportunities and experiences for all TVMS ensembles

  • Provide the ultimate performance and achievement opportunities for those who excel

How you can help​

​

TVMS would like to talk to anyone who would like to be involved moulding the future of music education in the Tees Valley in particular but also nationally.  We work closely with OFSTED and all schools and colleges to take music education forward.  Small or large businesses, organisations and individuals can make a difference through sponsorships, partnership work, investment or endorsement.
